Shipping & Returns

We collaborate with multiple manufacturers, hence the delivery time may vary. All packages delivered within the US borders will reach their destination within 3-10 business days. Also, when you place an order on our website please take into consideration that the first 2 business days are used for processing your order.

While giftoftech.com provides international shipping, we reserve the right to restrict this delivery option for certain products. If you have an international shipping request, please contact us by calling our customer toll free number, or by e-mail at support@giftoftech.com. Please note that additional rates may be expected for certain regions.

If your order consists of a wider range of products, we may deliver them in separate packages, according to the stock and product availability of our suppliers.

Cost

The shipping cost varies depending on your location and it is calculated on the checkout page.

Cancel an Order

It is your default right to cancel your order, for any and all reasons. Whether you want to replace your items, or you simply do not want the products you ordered anymore, please contact our customer support e-mail at support@giftoftech.com, with the Subject Line: “Cancel Order”. Please note that any order cancellation has to be made within the first 2 days of payment.

Damaged Shipment

If the package you received is damaged, please take 4-5 pictures in which the damage can be clearly seen and email them to at support@giftoftech.com together with your order number.

Please expect an answer in 24 – 48 business hours.

To be eligible for a refund please send us the email within 5 business days from receiving your order. We offer full refund for the damaged goods, which is usually processed in 5 – 10 business days.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within the first 15 days after having received the package. You may exchange the item for something else or you may ask for a refund to your credit card.

Please contact our Customer Support to receive complete instructions on how to return the order. Also, in order for you to be eligible for a full refund:

  • The products must be returned in their original package;
  • The original package for any product must not be deteriorated in any way;

Please ship the product according to the instructions you receive from our Customer Support. Please note that you will be responsible for paying to ship the product(s) back to our warehouse.

Please note once your refund has been approved, you will receive the funds back in 5-10 business days, minus the shipping fee you paid when placing the order.
